Lots of names on your list are familiar to me or the same!! Kayfedewa, Huskie666, Guyver47, Balaa... shoot, there's so many. I remember a year or so ago I went on the waybackmachine to like 2007 deviantART and recognized so many names! So many who aren't around anymore.
