Just been watching Nan's Christmas Carol (Surprised The Catherine Tate Show is still on BBC IPlayer tbh). Absolutely brilliant. When I’m an old man hopefully I’ll be as funny and carefree as Nan! 😂🫣😂
iPlayer: look at this vast archive of amazing things just waiting to be rediscovered, all carefully curated. iPlayer on the Apple TV: you can watch Strictly Do Dancing, The Eastenders, or ‘Limpics. There is only them things. Me: what if I search for… iPlayer on the Apple TV: ONLY ‘LIMPICS!
I love how easy to use Roku is, you don’t have stupid ads and sponsored content on the interface, I just wish that more apps would actually work well with the screen reader, come on BBC and ITV fix your app accessibility!
It isn’t on iPlayer
I think you'll be ok to watch it on demand tomorrow, usually iPlayer stuff has a few days shelf life at least.
BBC iplayer is terrible and also Disney + Both crash when asked to play the programme selected, pause randomly and are a massive pain. Before taking my money they need to make apps that work reliably not shit ones by design.
I think it means it's going to be on the iplayer live feed and available to stream simultaneously (that's what happens with Race The Word or Doctor Who).
I never get through a session on BBC iPlayer on the fire stick without it freezing and me having to force stop the app. It's the worst app on the fire stick.
"Threads" will be on BBC Four tonight at 10:20pm. This is only the 4th time it's ever been shown on TV... If you've never seen it but are curious, I urge you to give it a watch. #iplayer#bbc#nuclearwar#threadswww.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p...
The story of a nuclear attack on Britain and what remains for the unlucky survivors.
Ah cool. I wasn't sure if that meant available afterwards or available you watch through iPlayer at the time. Since I watch everything through the iPlayer app even when it's being broadcast.
