It's a tough one. I was doing alright with my kettlebells and Taekwondo in the garage and then shit hit the fan this year.
If you get sick of building a dumbbell rack I will rave to no end about ironmaster variable dumbbells and kettlebells. Spendy but compact and not like they wear out.

I consider the gym therapy. But what if the gym was more like traditional therapy? Introducing Theragym: the only gym where the weights talk to you. Dumbbells lift spirits; squat rack plates dig deep; kettlebells swing perspectives; treadmills keep you on track.
@caseyjohnston.bsky.social I was thinking of getting Liftoff as a gift for my wife, but I noticed the thing about a gym being strongly encouraged for Phase 3. We’re covid cautious, and I have a collection of kettlebells, is there any way she could utilize these for an alternate path?
