gwen: uhhh sorta? there's Manicheism and Mandaeism which are syncretic religions in the middle east and incorporate a lot of christian ideas. (religionforbreakfast on youtube has good videos on them) but I'm not really aware of any modern gnostic christian groups (except for individual revivalists)
