Men are beautiful, male bodies are sexy, it still feels like culture doesn’t want you to say/think/feel that. Like I still see depictions of sexually appealing male bodies scolded with assertions of what “women actually like” (which is always some chaste neovictorian non-corporeal viz).

Neovictorian militarists (US far right version) cleave to Christianity because an almighty God-king impresses them as a more compelling focus of their military group loyalty than any human focus. The humans at the top merely need to pretend to speak for God. Doesn’t reconcile well with scriptures.
