Yikes. FWIW: Even before this Climate crisis era, whenever we visited OceanBeach in SF or beaches in nearby SMCo, I watched the roiling surf and decided there was no way in Hell I’d ever live adjacent a NorCal shoreline. Parts of cliffside Pacifica, for one example, has been eroding for 30+ yrs. 😬🌊
