To me, the effort required to be low-car is worth it because I hate driving and parking more than I dislike biking for 2x that time or zoning out on a bus for 3x. I also have an ebike and good raingear--but I have reynauds so cold does affect me!

Hey, it's ME. I will be ridiculous. Just not necessarily THAT ridiculous. (I dropped A LOT on the new raingear, spouse needed new boots, and we're buying a bunch of stuff for COVID mitigation. I really do NOT need the cost of a proper cape.)
Thank you! That big one in the background was very big. Probably the most impressive iceberg I've ever seen there. It was just incredible. The weather was absolutely hellish, but the lens had a long hood on it, and I had decent raingear, so all good!
I'm not ENTIRELY sure what the use of dazzle camouflage in cycling raingear is intended to achieve.
