Since my introduction to this mini-series was a black & white reprint with a paperback novel trim size, anytime I see pages for this mini in a different configuration it looks odd to me.

He sued to be removed in NC and won. State had to spend $$$ to reprint ballots. 😡

I know I've ranted on this enough by now but I still want to cap off by saying this is all WotC's fault. They printed these busted must-have cards and refused to reprint them for reasonable access. Any damage done to players or LGS is on WotC. Not the rules council or anybody else. WotC.

Sounds about right. I don’t know a lot about Popeye but I used to have this reprint book of Segar’s stuff and I loved all those wild supporting characters. TV Comic’s version, which I read as kid, was a little more sedate! It always confused me why Bluto was Bluto in the cartoons, and Brutus here.

Oh! I love this story; delighted to see it with a reprint and an audio version!

And yes, the eagle-eyed among you might have seen the reprint of the Superman vs. Wonder Woman tabloid underneath the Duck book. I’d read the story before, but having the JLGL/Adkins artwork at bigger than full size was way too good to pass up! The story is very much of its time though.

My stance is they should reprint everything and Carter the secondhand market.

I've checked in with command and unfortunately, if a story is rejected as an original we wouldn't consider it as a reprint. Thanks for asking, though!
