I was excited when I saw his post about it on Threads. The previous Live From The Ryman album was really good.
I had the same reaction to my 1st Rothko at LACMA. I was in grad school, and at the end of my rope about 'is it even worth it'. Came around a corner and boom. That hum. Was lucky enough to get to see the Rothko show in Paris last spring (tho it was the Ryman at the Orangerie that took my head off).
