And I think that's wonderful! And surely it's not uncommon. Especially if the pleasure of doing something is the thing itself. The sensations of eating a good meal, for example, or of seeing a work of art or a sunset, or how it feels in the body to go for a walk or do something physically active.

Fumer après le dentiste, lorsque qu'on a toute la lèvre supérieure complètement anesthésiée mais pas celle inférieure, est probablement l'une des sensations les plus bizarres que j'ai pu expérimenter.

Here I am! I'm Arania! Don't worry, Arkveveen is still very much a thing and will also have a non-anthro form. For now, here's a carefully planned otherkin dragon form. Every detail is based on phantom limb sensations, meditation, and careful spiritual thought. <3

Exhausted while meditating? Focus on where the sensations are rooted, explore them, don't fight them & return to the breath #ArtOfBreathing

If I reach sensory overload, I need to retreat to a dark and silent place, and breathe. Then shift focus to what and where my body sensations are. After a while, this sight comes out, and my body relaxes. Feels like massaging a sore muscle. And I stay there until I feel ready. 10/10 ADHD recommended
