I'm busy unpacking the last of my boxes this week, so enjoy some sketches for now. these are from a month before my move and are some of the last things I doodled in this sketchbook before packing it away. #art#queerart#lgbtartist

a digital photo of hands holding up a sketchbook spread to the camera. the sketchbook drawings depict cartoon people in various poses, most of them showing off their buttcheeks whimsically. some of the drawings are abstract shapes. the image has been edited to look like a collage.

HEHE it’s fun simplifying characters down to their most iconic shapes for the silly doodles!

I just really love seeing the outline/x-ray view of a vector design/art. It's like the inside of a music box. A bunch of weird shapes and mechanism that, when putting it all together together, it creates a beautiful piece ^^ 💙

fair my counter to that though (at least, what i would like do for shapes, anywho) would be to have my series prepared and ready to release longterm it’d be so as episodes release to the public there’s guaranteed to be enough left set to release so we actually finish what we’re set out to do

A new Henri Matisse retrospective in Switzerland offers visitors a rare chance to follow his artistic journey via works from throughout the career of one of modern art's godfathers. https://u.afp.com/5RQK

A middle-aged man with gray hair and glasses stands in a spacious art gallery, taking a photograph using his smartphone. He is dressed in a light gray jacket, a black shirt, and blue jeans. In his left hand, he holds a white shopping bag with a colorful graphic and the name "Matisse" prominently displayed on it. Behind him is a large artwork by Henri Matisse, featuring a beige background adorned with delicate white line drawings of various botanical and abstract shapes. The frame of the artwork is a simple wooden design that complements the piece's aesthetic. The gallery has neutral-colored walls, enhancing the focus on the art displayed. The environment appears bright and well-lit, reflecting a contemporary artistic space.

It’s almost like the nature of the medium - how it is owned, as well as its technological properties - shapes the messages it conveys. Like… The medium… Is… the message? (Heritage minute jingle)

"Com o passar do tempo, os artistas de K-pop emergiram como mestres da performance, mas pode-se perguntar: quando e de quem se originou esse talento excepcional? Vamos dar uma olhada nas principais figuras de cada geração que moldaram o legado do K-pop☄️" Jimin shapes k-pop's legacy ✨🤩

Drawing (original art)

Water-soluble graphite and graphite pencil drawing of sn0w's hands (which are grey and have 4 fingers).
A liquid like material is dripping from the middle finger of the hand coming from above, morphing into various shapes as it floats in the air. Some of those shapes include a human body, a penguin, a freshwater stingray, a fish, a star, an octopus, a stoat, a vine with leaves and a daisy flower.
The shapes on the left are a lighter shade of grey and the ones on the right darker, creating a gradient.
The hand coming from bellow is open toward the various floating shapes.

Yes. Some of them can explain to you, at their 3rd b'day trip to the Air & Space Museum, how the function of a canard wing differs from other wing shapes whose names I can't remember anymore.😏
