One of the very best sitcoms on television

Even as forgotten failed sitcoms with weird premises go it's very bizarre

The weird thing to me is that I keep hearing young people who weren’t there gassing up the things from my youth that sucked. Shouldn’t I be the one with nostalgia for the 90s, not them? Democrats, pop songs, sitcoms - good ones used to be hard to come by!

there are too few sitcoms explicitly about the undead so I made this beat sheet

Revisiting '70s/'80s sitcoms, I'm always amazed at how often they tried to do backdoor pilots. "Jo, Blair! Let's visit my cousin upstate. He's a security guard for a candy factory married to a mermaid. They have a robot dog!" They feel like fever dreams, one reality Dali-melting into another.

Netflix not adding Detroiters after such an immediate positive reception is incredible. Like there’s extremely dumb moves and then there’s this, hyping up one of the best, most aggressively funny modern sitcoms and then letting it clatter for no reason.

Don’t trust the B was one of the last great sitcoms. It’s a shame it didn’t last longer. The short run Rob Lowe show The Grinder had Timothy Olyphant play “himself” In the “spinoff” Grinder New Orleans and was very funny in a few episodes

Olha... Eu gosto de Thats 90s show mas essa série tem um dos formatos mais estranhos que já vi na história das sitcoms. Sitcom tradicional, 25minutos por episódio e apenas NOVE CAPITULOS POR TEMPORADA?

Oh, OK. No, I'm even older and had already sworn off sitcoms when Seinfeld was on.
