A long time ago I thought it didn't matter, only that it would be better to stop switching the clocks. But, there are plenty of scientific studies now showing that staying on #StandardTime would be better for us, physically, mentally and emotionally, in the long run.
My 2 Cents: It's better for our health to stop time shifting twice a year, and #StandardTime#sleep is a necessity, not a luxury.
