Meant to buy the Troika Bundle of Holding but kept putting it off until I was at my computer. Whoops!

Yeah, I kinda bounced off Troika as well. It's just too gonzo for me I think.

And Troika initiative is extra fun when you add in environmental elements. Floor collapses, fire spreads, etc.

Ooo, Electric Bastionland/Into the Odd with Troika! initiative would be fun.

Most people said the country was in worse shape but this troika of chucklefucks would still be voted in. The. Fuck?!

Yeah. If anything I find a chassis that I don't mind revisiting or having a long campaign in (FitD, Pbta, ItO). And I could easily see liking Troika more if I hadn't already played Electric Bastionland.

this takes a lot of inspiration from mausritter, mothership, troika, and dungeon crawl classics although those two inspirations will be more clear once the data jockey's handbook is done in ashcan version.

My favorite thing about Troika is the initiative/turn order mechanic. That's neat and can be used to add all sorts of randomness. The rest of the game? I'm kinda meh on it.

Valley of Flowers (Whitehack) or Crush Depth Apparition or Tribe 8 (Whitehack again) or The Big Squirm (Troika!) or Monster of the Week or ... or ... ...

The difference between staging a big setpiece mayhem scene during a festival in Mexico City (Bond) versus staging one during anti-Troika riots in Athens (Bourne) captures the difference.
