Fun Emi fact: When I was a kid, I thought the screen at the cinema was a giant TV, and the doors on either side of the screen led to a sort of backstage area where employees would put a VHS tape in the built-in VCR in the back of the giant TV. I had no explanation for the projector.

I don't currently have any laserdiscs for just that reason. I have VHS, because... well, already had many of them, and I *will* get another VCR ar some point.

I put the blame on VCR.

I only have Beta right now. Haven't found a VCR I like, especially at a price I'm willing to pay.
