If you’re serving them on rolls then a pasta or potato salad of some sort. Seems like pasta salad would be easier to veganize but idk.

I do like Bordain because it's very hard not to and his shows are interesting even if I have no intention of ever eating whatever food he's getting but that's like every cooking show. When I watch "Beat Bobby Flay" or whatever I mostly just think about how I'd veganize the recipes.
