You are very welcome! One of the aims is to have ear tagging & in some cases radio collars for tracking purposes; yours is a large adult, and I’m sure they would be interested to know you are encountering it during daylight hours, especially near a waterbody
The Common blue damselfly is our most common damselfly and can be found around almost any waterbody, or away from breeding sites in grassland and woodland. I feel "common" does these dainty little insects a disservice...
