It was #WorldTurtleDay recently and I did a Bryce-themed recolor/TF of Wartortle, one of my favorite Pokémon, to celebrate. But Wartortle isn't the only turtle Pokémon! Another one I really like is the Bite Pokémon Drednaw, so here's my take on this snapping turtle-based Pokémon!

An image of the snapping turtle-based Pokémon, Drednaw.
A color-edit of the Pokémon Drednaw I did to make it more closely resemble the colors of my original character Bryce the Alligator, an anthromorphic orange alligator who normally wears a purple plaid shirt. To accomplish this, I changed the main color of Drednaw's body to be orange like Bryce's and changed its shell and a few of its other features to be purple like Bryce's shirt. I also changed its eye color to be closer to Bryce's.

It is World Turtle Day! Did you know that the Green Sea Turtle is endangered? These days keep stacking up in favor of all these mermays! :O This is still a favorite piece of mine 🐢 #art#cuteart#kidlitart#marinelife#worldturtleday#mermay

Illustration of my mermaid OC, who has blue skin and a deep blue tail and a white skater dress on and freckles like a sea turtle, caressing a green sea turtle. There is light filtering from behind her.
