✅ and no anti-union website would be complete without a little threat of hard bargaining… because who doesn’t love an employer who promises to fight them for years at the bargaining table? 🙄

✅ more third-partying (“if AFSCME wins”) ✅ scare tactics about dues, which we’re guessing library workers know they would pay only after they successfully negotiate and ratify a contract that leaves them better off

Still ticking many of the usual boxes: ✅ Conflating workers with mgmt (“As librarians and staff of Penn Libraries, *we*…”) ✅ Third-partying the union (“We respect your right to engage or not engage with a labor union”)—um, you are talking to the labor union, i.e. librarians

Another day, another anti-union website—but Penn’s favorite union-busting law firm is kind of phoning it in lately, probably because they know our colleagues in Penn Libraries United are ready to win
