Like I had 18 friends and family die in a 16 month span from 1999 to 2000 and boy I am no fun at funerals now.

I’m sure it makes you numb af. It’s like Gen X kids had much more outright neglect and abuse, but Millennials had it more subtle while also being told to be grateful we had it so good. So we’re extremely emotionally confused as a generation. Our parents were “nice,” so why do we feel like shit?
