Are you thinking about this in terms of how to moderate the network? If so, the specific type of trust I'd think about is what someone else will do with access to 1) your content or 2) your attention.

Are they going to be verbally abusive in your replies? Are they going to write things that disturb you, regardless of whether you've contributed content? Are they going to recruit other people to brigade you? Are they going to abuse you off-platform?
