His defence to one of the claims of sexual assault appears to be that it was all OK because she was his live in nanny and agreed. When one’s defence is “it’s not this immoral, illegal thing, it’s a different immoral, illegal thing”, it’s not much of a defence

He’s a fucking predator.

So far as I am aware of, there have been at least four accusers, at least two of whom have been former employees. That crosses my (admittedly arbitrary) "Yeah, they probably did it" standard of three.

Sadly it looks like there's a long history of using his power over other vulnerable women. There's people documenting the allegations here, it's not an easy read.

If you just take his own words, interpret them charitably, and ignore everything and everyone else, he's a creepy douche. That's the absolute best-case scenario. I do not think we are in the best-case scenario.
