I like the Internet. I like working remotely. I don't know how one can look at the last few years of Zoom school and virtual college and think… yeah, we need a more intense version of this. At scale.

If you need to demand presence in office when no constraints require it, might be worth refining your mission instead of creating a caste system You do need some irl face time to promote espirit d’corps but I think 1-2/week local is more than enough and 1/q travel for distant remote people
