I’m pretty sure that’s just romanesco — yes, it’s a cauli-broccoli hybrid, but it’s better than either. Excellent roasted as folks have been suggesting, it also makes a wonderful pureed soup.

I have a feeling maybe you meant "farm stand" but "dark stand" suggests that this mystery crucifer may have powers beyond our ken

Roast it in olive oil with some garlic cloves, salt, pepper… eat. If you want to have other stuff, make some rice in a rice cooker & pan fry some salmon?
