If you’ve got literally a single word that sounds vaguely medical they flag it. My article on Alabama’s botched executions got flagged, which was probably more medical screening than Alabama’s protocol got. I emailed them & that helped maybe?

Some of it is really good, but winter village food could be really tough to deal with. Not a ton of variety, endless potatoes.

We had the opposite issue in Moldova! Moldovan food can be really wonderful, especially in spring and summer with fresh produce. It can be light on seasoning other than salt, a little black pepper and sometimes herbs, usually in rural villages. Hot sauce was a high-demand item for volunteers.
