One of my dream projects would be a full behind-the-scenes video of a book's creation, from initial brainstorm to release. Interviews with authors, designers, marketing/sales team, the whole thing. Ideally a Gen Con release to get footage of people buying it.

I promise that if pf2e seems daunting, you can just learn things along the way instead of trying to learn everything all at once. you can even rely on your players to learn the rules relevant to the characters they make. you're even allowed to get things wrong sometimes!
