Re staying on X/Twitter to fight the “good” fight. Musk owns the site. He posts constantly. He micromanages the algorithm. If you think your tweets are so powerful they can beat the guy who spent $44bn to buy it & promote far right propaganda… eh, good luck, chuck, but you sound a bit delulu

As long as a large swathe of the news and information sphere outside of Western Europe and the US operates on Twitter and Meta sites, anyone doing research on those areas will need to interact with them

Indeed. The quality of the tweet is irrelevant if the algorithm decides to limit its reach! It will sit there in the database, all alone in its incredibly persuasive glory, never seen by anyone!
