I hear you Kimberley & quite understand the scepticism! If you get chance to read our paper, it does go far beyond the idea of a sector promise to drive collaboration, there's plenty in there of a practical level alongside. Absolutely open to a chat & a coffee anytime 😊
Totally agree Kimberley, it must be so much more than words! One reason for the sector-wide promise was to give teachers & staff a way to hold their organisations accountable too - i.e. on the actions that sit behind each area. There is plenty of good practice but we need system wide action too.

Thanks so much Jonny 🙏🙏 It'll be interesting to see if we can implement something like this for education - the NHS have their service wide 'People Promise' - we could do something similar! Not a solution in itself but could support system wide collaboration...
