Working together as system leaders, we can solve a large part of the teacher retention crisis ourselves

Great idea, as long as people then take action on it. All too often initiatives like this just allows people to *look* like they are doing positive things when all they are doing is talking and planning, little action gets taken. There is SO much schools can easily do TODAY for retention

Thanks so much Jonny 🙏🙏 It'll be interesting to see if we can implement something like this for education - the NHS have their service wide 'People Promise' - we could do something similar! Not a solution in itself but could support system wide collaboration...
