It's an interesting conundrum as it's the right pitch, but one that does leave a gap that either needs filling with something else or to be deflected from. Theoretically there should be no issue given broadcasting rules, but that's not how things are in our media culture in practice.

On the one hand I think front pages like the above look so obsessive and deranged that the more that tone is common the less it will matter, on the other I do remember (and this was o/c seeing it from afar) the insanity of the Finnish media during their last SDP-led government.
