No idea btw! But it looks quite different from both russian-accented English cursive, American handwriting, and German handwriting - three styles I've been exposed to so far!

I'm starting to suspect tho that it's an influence of one passionate teacher in one isolated town, as I can't find anything similar online. In fact, Irish examples online are more similar to Eastern European English cursive than either to German or American. Must be a cool mediaeval teacher!
