Good morning. An adult female kestrel, from a couple of days ago. #Bird#Kestrel 🪶

Kestrel, a small bird of prey, flying low beside a grassy bank with its reddish brown wings pointing downwards at about 45 degrees to its body
Kestrel hovering about 15cm/6inches above the grass with its legs down and talons open as if getting ready to make a kill. Grey sky in the background. PS she didn’t catch anything on this occasion!
