Kaiju No. 8 was a thrillride from beginning to end and much funnier than I expected. Delicious in Dungeon was hilarious, cozy and story-wise more substancial than the first couple of episodes made it seem. Definitely looking forward to future seasons for both of these.

Like most training arcs in Shonen Anime, this one was a bit dull at times and really only gave us some interesting insights into just two of the Hashira's backstories. The explosive final episode makes more than up for it though and has me hyped for the upcoming movies.

Frieren's journeys, both across the world and of self-discovery, were very fulfilling and the show was absolutely a wonderful watch. Definitely check it out. Also CC subjected me to a German language knowledge quiz oh jeez oh gosh
