Once you have enough words you can ask yourself if those words say what you want them to say, and sound like you want them to sound. Yes? Ok. No? Bang your head on the desk until you figure out what the words should actually be. (also eat, drink water, take walks. It actually helps!)
Any questions not directly related to the process of putting words down and making the words more like what you want to say--those questions can be addressed at the proper time. Which is almost always NEVER, don't let those stupid worries fool you into thinking they actually matter for the writing.
