I’m not able to see everyone’s post which is frustrating. Not sure if I should delete the app and start over.

Deleting the app won’t do any good. You might be blocked. Get yourself another account and use it to see what you can’t with this one.

Are they blocked or just not showing up in your feed? The feed goes by faster than you can keep up; if you really want 100% of someone's posts you have to go to their page.
