Meowdy!
Sometimes the big ones have a second egg inside, shell and all! It's pretty wild the kinds of "hiccups" that happen in chickens. None of mine have given me double yolks but there's always time lol
Send them a copy of your name change court document. It's a legal name change and they have to honor it. And if they won't, don't be afraid to work your way up the chain. There's always someone higher to speak to. Sounds like they're just lazy.
for a minute and it stops. You might feel a bit of a lump under the skin where the T goes, but massaging the area will reduce it. Nothing to be concerned about as it gets absorbed. I've been on T for 5 yrs and doing my own shot for the last 2. Feel free to ask me questions or concerns!
gel/roller but found after switching I didn't need it. I find standing up to do the subQ shot in my tummy easier and minimizes pain, and stops me from slouching. Once the needle is out, you may experience some leaking or a bit of blood, but I usually just apply some pressure with a sterile pad >>
to subQ injections. The needle is a lot shorter (IM is 1in, SubQ is 5/8in). I've been able to do my own shot without any issues. I find the least sensitive spot on my tummy about an inch from my navel by doing gentle pokes (not breaking skin) and just go for it. I used to use Salonpas numbing >>
I find that subcutaneous injections are easier, less daunting, and less painful. I hate needles. Doing IM injections ended up being hours long process for me. I just couldn't do it anymore. Had help from a friend, but she moved away, and then had to go back to doing them myself. I asked to switch >>
Interestingly enough, it was the scrapyard magnet that did a number on me. I'm pretty sure it had to do with the feeling of having to hide/being chased/looked for because yay trauma 🙃
We came home to bury her next to her sister from another mister, Spriggan, and I found a freshly hatched chick after not having any new hatchings for 3-4 days.
