Labour briefing a decade of renewal / more positive outlook ahead of Reeves speech. Makes sense. One in four Labour voters from July disappointed with what they’ve seen so far. Can’t afford negativity to grow. These voters want change & need to believe it’s coming.

It was like the myth that Johnson won the London Mayoral contest when it was mainly that Londoners were sick of Ken’s well worn schtick and his bonkers war on pigeons.

Right, if it was one person’s genius we’d have the Michael Jordan of campaign strategists who’d just pull in win after win, Sunak or no Sunak. 😬
