There is a lot of completely correct criticism of a lack of diversity in academia. But the solutions to these problems are systematic. You need to do years of work to build pipelines at all levels, and I'll tell you from experience - the roadblocks are HUGE and arbitrary.

I agree 100%. And these guys have NO idea just how right leaning campuses are!
