If you're not at risk (read: family history of colon cancer) there actually *is* a legitimate option for this - but it requires a doctor's prescription. www.cologuard.com But it's not an instantaneous thing, it's a "ship your sample to an accredited lab" thing.

I got sent one of these (or the rx for one of these? I don't remember exactly) out of the blue a couple of years ago, from the hospital system my PCP is attached to. I shrugged and sent it in, since it seemed 9000% better than getting an actual colonoscopy.
