IMO I can point to the EXACT moment MCU and "marvelization" really started which was with Guardians 1, a VERY good film. Loved it but damn after that moment EVERY movie wanted to be Guardians, that quippy dialogue, look, feel basically fortnite of movies, everyone else chasing the trend for money
I still haven't seen Deadpool/Wolverine, looks like the best of whatever this new generation of film making is I do agree with a lot of that, though idk about "always bad" IMO Iron man 1 is still an amazing film, a standalone amazing story
