Regrettably the ability to make the argument for limiting Ukrainian active measures targeting RU launchers/ depots / etc., & preferring "non-escalatory" defensive measures only, is made easier by the quite reasonable efforts of the Ukrainians to limit reporting on the results of RU missile impacts.
