Strength & Honour looks like an interesting system, is it quite a lightweight one, or more in-depth?

Light to medium, I reckon. The basic activations and spending command points are quite straightforward. Morale and some of the details - unit characteristics, losing Eagles, etc probably mean it's not lightweight. The combat tables are clever, and the way an army reaches its break point is tense.
