My favorite subtype of this epiphany is when it follows a series of visits to the kitchen that all end in me thinking “I can’t find something I *want* to eat so I guess I’ll keep thinking on this” 🙃 Im out here toeing the line of unplanned fasting and shocked that I didn’t want that either 🥲
