At least the first paragraph is HONEST about what the amendment would do, despite the fearmongering bullshit in the subsequent wall of text. Meanwhile, the legislature here in Utah tried to push Amendment D to gut ballot initiative power, claiming it "strengthened the initiative process".

Thankfully the state Supreme Court ruled that the results would not be counted due to the deceptive wording and lack of voter notification, but it's still sickening.
