Thing is -- and as crazy is it is -- I can't persuade myself that this kind of talk doesn't draw meaningful votes. My fmr barber, a 50ish, CNN-watching Black man and generally a good guy with a strong faith, believed many anti-immigrant talking points. Recent stories from NYC seemed to make a mark.
