Antipsychotics scare me to this day because of how little they helped my premenstrual psychosis but still made me gain 50 lbs

They can be very helpful, my current ones are great, but it really is just such a gamble and such a process to find the right ones. Abilify only ever made me worse (that’s also the one that caused me to gain so much weight) but now I’m taking something paliperidone based and it’s fucking awesome
