My Philly neighborhood has the best Halloween of any place I have ever seen. Closed off streets packed tight like Mardi Gras, thousands of kids.
that sounds delightful. my neighborhood has few children, unfortunately, so halloween is pretty quiet.
My neighborhood in San Jose was like this One year my buddy with a clicker counted over a thousand kids before he gave up keeping track
We don’t get anything like that kind of crowd but if the weather’s good we can easily get 100 kids coming by in our part of West Philly
