in the same way i do not believe it legitimate to kill palestinians because "they voted for hamas" i do not believe it legitimate to kill zionists because "they support the occupation"
i can recognize palestinians have every right to resist the israeli military by any means necessary without also being excited about it. i refuse to acknowledge that there is ever a legitimate cause to kill civilians or that such should ever be minimized because of the politics of the civilians.
As @considerthefish.bsky.social wrote in an X thread, it's evident from the Atlantic piece on Israel sabotaging the hostage release, that Americans in general and US Jews particularly refuse to come to terms with the depravity of the Kahanist regime, and how entrenched it is. It doesn't sink in.
