I did not realize how much sensory overload affects me until this week when I was dog sitting. Sound, smell, touch- everything was making me horribly nauseous and it was impossible to think. I've always sorta had this but is it getting worse, or do I have less tolerance as I get older 🥲
I get so frustrated when I go through depression slumps and I just can't get anything done. Takes me forever to reply to people, like the smallest things overwhelm me. I hate it because it feels like I don't have control over anything

Finally buckled down last night and finished the thumbnails for the rest of chapter 4. I'm really proud of how they turned out!
Age is funny. My 20's was entirely chasing after my dream job, certain that it was what I HAD to do, and was absolutely crushed again and again when I never landed an opportunity. Now in my 30's I'm reverting all the way back to "what do I wanna even do with my life?"
