I’ve struck that a few times lately, it’s so frustrating. Generally speaking I picked that time for a reason!

I know right?! I’d be kinda ok with it if they said another time it will be ready by. Then we could plan. But I know their slots normally go up to 7pm, and we realistically can’t pick it up easily after 4:30
